Tecomec Compact Chain Grinder. This is a low cost version of the world famous "Jolly Star" chain grinder (Rotary# 32-4250), the "Compact" comes with the same powerful motor and grinding wheels (3) as the "Jolly Star" but it does not include a light kit and it has a different style vise assembly.
